Modeling and Simulation ofPhase Locked Loop Circuits Based on Simplorer

A simulation method of phase locked loop(PLL) circuits based on Simplorer 7.0 is presented.By analyzing the mathematical model of PLL,and the behavior-level models f phase detector(PD),loop filiter(LF),voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) based on VHDL-AMS language are built,and on this basis,the PLL model is constructed.Simultaneously,the PLL circuits model is analyzed.The simulation results show that it has the advantage of clear model concept,simple simulation and high efficiency based on VHDL-AMS language for the model behavior level modeling.
