Discussion on the Management of Campus Network Culture in University

Campus network culture is a new pattern of campus culture that is formed by the mixture of network culture and campus culture. However it possesses the positive side as well as the passive side. Only when we make effective management on the campus network culture can the healthy and upward atmosphere be established. Therefore we should play its positive effect sufficiently and diminish its passive influence.
