Enhance the Construction of Middle-level Leading Groups in Colleges and Universities, Perfect Party-government Meeting System

Departments are major middle-level organizations in colleges and universities, and are intermediate link of all work. Currently, in our colleges and universities, the party-government meeting system is a widespread practice. There existed some problems need to be reformed and improved in practice. This paper explores various aspects such as limiting the range of subjects, setting up system of objective responsibility, summoning heads meeting regularly, etc.
