Research and implementation of communication function between embedded Linux system and database online

How to build a system which can communicate with database online through ODBC on the platform of embedded Linux,and how to program an application with the multilayer API are analyzed.The method mentioned above is applied to a terminal of HIS(hospital information system) which used embedded Linux system,and the system can implement the communication between embedded Linux system and database online.
