Design and Implement of OA Mail Module Based on Web Timer

Web timer can be achieved in event trigger on schedule,and used to send mail.In this paper,by Web timer and global file,using Lotus COM component,the designs and implements of OA mail module was realized,which could easily set or reset schedule time and recipient and be used as reference for enterprise application development.
