Algorithm and Application Based On Entropy Theory

In this paper, based on entropy theory and network agility evaluation method, we established organization evaluation model of information transmission mechanism, and designed the algorithm. In the Earthquake Relief Headquarters of the State Council, for example, the feasibility of the algorithm was verified, and the optimization suggestion of information transfer mechanism was put forward.
