Formulation of Several Law Problems on Electronic Contract

The imperfectness of the law on the electronic business has badly affected its development,some correlative law problems have also occurred.In the passage,the meanings and its characters about electronic contract are well explained,the anatom of its particular law problems,also the subscription,the cognizance,the payment such as the signature of the law problems are also presented.Finally, the legislation and its construction on electronic contract are discussed.
