A data amplifier with differential structure is designed based on two current feedback operational amplifiers. The main DC and AC characteristics of the data amplifier are theoretically analyzed and simulated. The PSPICE simulation results are as follows: the -3dB bandwidth is maintained within the range of 10.01 MHz~8.45 MHz for the voltage gain range from 2 to 40; the slew rate of large signals is 625V/μs; the common-mode rejection ratio is 8.67dB; and the input resistance is above 5MΩ. The simulated results show that the proposed data amplifier is suitable for wide-band and high-speed analog signals processing.
