A Lumped-parameter Circuit Model of Resistive Divider and Its Analysis

Aiming at the influence of stray inductance and capacitance on the performance of resistive divider,a lumped-parameter circuit model of resistive divider including inductance,capacitance and resistor is established.Transfer function and step response time of resistive divider are deduced according to circuit theory.The results show that the step response time includes two parts,stray capacitance term and stray inductance term.,and the step response can be improved by decreasing the stray capacitance and resistance.In some occasions,the inductance of the response time can be improved by increasing the inductance of low voltage arm suitably.
