Currently,FTTH has become the final solution of three nets fusion. The key technology of three nets fusion is the fusion of three kinds of business. In order to solve this problem, one block diagram of three nets fusionin the transmission mode of PPP is given. In this paper, each telephone signalfrom the E1 frame of the public telephonenetwork is extracted,in order to meet therequirements of data exchange on various signal for the exchange module.Structure chart and the algorithm of the Pre- processing E1 frame are mainly presented. At last, using QuartusⅡto simulate the extraction of 15 telephone signalsfrom the E1 frame. The simulation results show that the method of Pre- processing E1 frame is workable.
