Establishment of the empirical yield table for Pinus elliottii plantation

The data of 99 standard plots for Pinus elliottii plantations were adopted to describe the growth process of the stand factors(diameter,tree height,volume,etc.)with Richards equation,taken stand age and site index as independent variable.The parameters of Richards equation were determined by using nonlinear Marquardt computation,at the same time,the model and its error were tested and analysed respectively.Based on growth equations of the stand,the 16 index level empirical yield table of Pinus elliottii plantation was compiled.
