On the Strategies of Acquisitioning the Network Information Resources

This paper introduces the concept and types of the network information resources,probes into how the library to use the network robot and library's occupational specialists through the artificial supplementary mode to acquisition the network information resources,and in the light of the difficulties in library's acquisition the network information resources,puts forward some countermeasures for solving these difficulties.
