This article have a thorough research in view of the design and the development based on the request of modern laboratory management information system's construction.Analyzes the present situation and the request of the management information system firstly,explore the development technology based on JSP of campus's internal dynamic web,and mysql database based on Windows xp platform secondly.Then combining Web Service component technology,designing a prototype of laboratory information management system based on B/S mode.The software structure and basic database design wad introduced Lastly.
