Vision-based road traffic analysis plays a vital role in modern traffic system. Analysis of Road traffic can provide human operators with valuable information about the density and road usage of a certain expressway. The author has researched the various existing vehicle detection methods and has highlighted the advantages of vision-based traffic over other conventional methods.
