The Research of Identity Security for E-government

Based on the differences between e-government and e-business, the identity security problems of e-government, which existed in the process of identifying, certificates producing, certificates getting, certificates saving and certificates applying, are analyzed. And some resolutions for identity security problems are given. Especially, the certificates security level, according to the actual applications, is introduced. It quantizes the certificates saving to three levels, which is helpful to evaluate difference security level systems. These resolutions can be used for different e-government systems, which used different certificate authority for their identities, to interconnect.
