The control and monitoring of projects through management indicators is a fundamental practice as decision support technique. However, the time taken to obtain these indicators in projects of the National Healthcare System is high because the originating data are scattered, poorly structured and are subjectively and manually collected, causing delays in corrective and preventive actions. The aim of the paper is to show an automation process for the calculation of management indicators in an organization integrated into an informatics tool of project management, with potential applications by the National Healthcare System
