Sustainable forest management is an important basis for sustainable forestry development, which is an important measure to improve the quality of forest resources, increase the total amount of forest resources and meet the diverse needs of the community forestry. In this paper, we study the basis of multi-objective Forest Management Decision, and then the decision provides the selective felling methods and basises for decision-making by analyzing the logging program with multi-objective management objectives and simulating different logging programs. Finally, we reaserch and develop the system which bases on on J2EE platform technology, uses WebGIS technology and combines with matrix models and multi-objective management, and do experiments useing the survey data of the part of the standard land in Maoershan Experiment Forest Farm in 1990, 1993 and 2004.
