This paper proposes an approach to the formation of software and technology solutions for the creation of job scheduling subsys tem for custom-made passenger in the automated system of dispatching custom transportati on. Based on the study of foreign experience of the use of computer-based navigation systems in passenger services in the future form the requireme nts for establishing, within a subsystem of the passenger transport automated control system Lo gistics Transportation Center (LTC ACS).
