Inductive Characteristics of Composite Transistors

Awatar Singh · IETE Journal of Education · 1980

Inductive characteristics of the composite transistors have been theoretically investigated. It has been found that the impedance (Z12) consists of two parts i.e. negative resistance and inductance. This inductance has special features such as (i) no magnetic field (ii) high Q (iii) capability of amplification. The area where this inductance finds wide application has also been painted out.
