Information modeling is one of the most important techniques to represent dynamic behavior of real time systems. The previous models developed lacks dynamic binding of the information model in real time environment. This paper presents a mathematical model CEFP (Conditional Expectation Fuzzy petrinets) which links the stochastic movement of traffic and fuzzy control of Urban Traffic Systems.
