Optimization of MP3 Audio Decoder Based on ARM946E Processor

For consumable electronic production,it has a big practical effect on decoding MP3 file by software way on the condition of no adding any hardware cost.In order to additionally add the mp3 function,after analyzing the decoding arithmetic for MPEGI Audio Layer3,an optimized design for MP3 audio decoder based on ARM946E processor is proposed,including arithmetic and code implementation optimization.Especially code optimization is based on the ARM-DSP extended instruction for ARM946E processor,which leads to a good real-time decoding quality.
