Management in software development is not a fashion but way to develop everyday's work. Today's Management is oriented towards Assurance to prevents errors through the establishment of a methodology based on the PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) cycle, according to the Quality system of the company. The issue of Certification and Registry of companies according to ISO 9000 will also be stuied, as well as some of the experiences had at LABEIN regarding these issues.
