A Closed Circuit Video-Videorecorder Microscope System for Teaching HistopathoJogy
Takashi Okagaki, Ralph M. Richart · American Journal of Clinical Pathology · 1971
A mobile histopathology teaching unit utilizing television cameras, monitors, and a half-inch videotape recorder has been developed. The unit is used for in-room teaching, as a broadcast station to remote monitors for televised conferences, and as a videotaping station for replaying at conferences or through the closed circuit television systems. The system increases the efficiency of teaching and learning in histopathology, is of relatively low cost, and has wide applicability.
