Anatomy is a branch of biology which study the structure and parts of an organism. This science that is applied in medical field is not easy to learn. Therefore, a modern technology is required as an option of learning method to help study in anatomy. An example of this learning is using a three dimensional anatomy [1]. In this research, the author proposed a three dimensional anatomy supported by a device called Leap Motion Controller that supports finger and hand motions as an input. Leap Motion Controller is small and interesting device [2]. By using this device, a three dimensional anatomy can be controlled by user hand gestures. The result in this research is a three dimensional human foot bones anatomy system that is controlled by hands and fingers gestures. The hands and fingers tracking data from Leap Motion Controller enable to rotate the human foot bones freely and showing its bone name when it is pointed.
