Lecture, spoken spontaneously on 24 October 1992, 5:00 to 6:15pm, in the auditorium of the Padagogischen Hochschule Weingarten. Majella Stockhausen played the Klavierstiicke Vand VII. In the evening she played, in a concert which began about 8:00, Klavierstiicke V, VII, and XI, and in a concert just before the lecture she had played Klavierstiicke III and IX. The lecture was transcribed from a tape recording in November 1992.
