Optimal Fuzzy Rule based Pulmonary Nodule Detection

A computer aided detection (CAD) system is helpful for radiologist to detect pulmonary nodules in early stage. In this paper, we propose the pulmonary nodule detection method based on optimal fuzzy rules. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated on Lung Image Database Consortium (LIDC) database.
