Study on Safety Communication System

This study started in 1995 with purpose of developing the system to quickly and correctly transmit to the coastal area the urgent information like Tsunami by means of satellite communication.This paper introduces the three case of safety communication system with local characteristics which was planned, taking the initiative all over the country.
