Virtual vascular interventional operation system can greatly improve the operating skills of doctors.3D vascular model construction is an important of the virtual vascular interventional operation system. This paper on the 3D-slicer platform configures the vmtk development kit, and through the Fast Marching Segment method manually selected seeds to segment a group of cardiac MRI image, and extract the VTK format files which contains 3D vascular coordinate information, then use the VTK to read the files to complete 3D blood vessels reconstruction.
