A Survey of Location-Based Privacy Preserving

The explosive growth of location-detection devices along with wireless communications and mobile databases results in innovation applications based on users locations. However, recent concerns over how such potentially untrusted location servers can lead to user’s private information disclosure. This paper gives a comprehensive survey of location-based privacy preserving, and present the various location privacy models and techniques effective in the location anonymization based framework.
