Five-Input Majority Gate Based QCA Decoder

We propose a 3-8 quantum-dot cellular automata decoder using 5- input majority gates. It is hard to control the clock for bigger circuits because there are many difficulties with signal propagation. It means that it is hard to reduce the clock cycle so we focused on reducing hardware complexity rather than time complexity based on inverter chains and majority gates. Therefore our architecture minimized the number of cell and has good scalability.
