Implementation of output interface for power electronic transducer based on IEC61850
Xinrong Liu, Guang Yang · 2006
According to IEC61850-9-1, the output interface of electronic current and voltage transducer is studied in detail. The TMS320F206 is adopted to achieve the multiple data collection and process of the merging unit. By using the Ethernet interface chip RTL8019AS, the serial communication is come true. In order to realize the synchronization between the Merging Unit and the electronic transducers, the common clock is adopted. To achieve the synchronous sampling, the clock signal of starting A/D converter is sent to electronic transducers by TMS320F206. The communication between the merging unit and bay level is point-to-point method by Ethernet, and the optical fiber transmission system based on IEEE802. 3 is adopted. The protocol of link layer is ISO/IEC802.3. This system accomplishes the function of the output interface for electronic transducer. The communication and the synchronous sampling can be accomplished perfectly. (5 pages)
