Application of network RTK in surveying for geophysical prospecting

GNSS technology is adopted to lay out in geophysical prospecting widely with its develop- ping, but its precision gets lower along with distance accumulation between roving station and GNSS reference station. On the contrary, network RTK isn't affected by the distance accumulation, it is used widely because of its high precision, accuracy and unified datum. JSCORS has formed a high precision, high spatial resolution and high coverage percentages integrated information service net after setting up several GNSS reference stations in Jiangsu province and surrounding areas[1]. Now network RTK technology has reached mature stage, there are more advantages of improving efficiency and benefits than traditional RTK positioning technology. We have made some research, experimental and practical application work in XX high precision 3D geophysical prospecting from 2012 to 2013 in order to demonstrate and popularize the possibility of application in geophysical exploration.
