Measurement of Protein C Activity on the Multistat III Plus

An automated method for proteinC activity on the Multistat III Plus Micro Centrifugal Analyzer is described. This method was compared to the Laurell Rocket Immunoelectrophoresis method of measuring protein C antigen. The method is cost-effective and suitable for large-scale screening for protein C deficiency.
