Rhythmical movements by well-trained gymnasts have such characteristics as "wholeness", "rhythmical flow" and "harmony". They are also characterized by the theory of movement from the center of the body to the peripheral parts of the body. In the present study, the rhythmical movement of well-trained gymnast is evaluated from the point of art and motion using the stereo view and three-dimensional motion analysis. It is demonstrated that the simultaneous study of rhythmical movement by stereo image and three-dimensional motion analysis provide a new tool for the visualization of art.
