New passivity analysis of continuous-time recurrent neural networks with multiple discrete delays

In this paper, by using some analytic techniques, severalsufficient conditions are given to ensure the passivity ofcontinuous-time recurrent neural networks with delays. The passivityconditions are presented in terms of some negative semi-definitematrices. They are easily verifiable and easier to check computingwith some conditions in terms of complicated linear matrixinequality.
