Optical Bi-stability and Stationary Entanglement in Two Coupled Quantum Dots in a Cavity

We study the generation of entanglement between two coupled quantum-dots interacting with a quantized cavity field, preservation of steady-state entanglement in presence of detuning and decoherence, and optical bi-stability shown by the cavity field.
