A unified approach for first and second order duality is considered for a class of nondifferentiable fractional programming problems of the type Maximize [f(x) – (xTFx)1/2]/[g(x) – (xtGx)1/2] subject to h(x)<0, where fi, g and h are differentiable, possibly nonlinear functions.
