In this paper we propose three novel schemes and two technique to send message imperceptibly between two users over internet. In these schemes we use chaotic system to generate chaos sequence which is used to encrypt secret message, and then use substitution of encrypted value's bits in order to increase the security of the system. We embed the modulated message into identification field of IP header. Since identification field has 16 bits, the first and second scheme can be used only for sending short messages over internet, but the third will solve the restriction of previous schemes. Since our schemes uses chaotic sequences for randomcity, it is proven to be more secure than other schemes .By comparing these schemes with LSB algorithm that is used for image steganography , we can prove that protocol steganography provide more security than image steganography . Furthermore, these schemes uses PLPMTUD to find Path MTU,which is used to avoid fragmentation in transmitting data on Internet. (6 pages)
