Yukiharu Yamauchi, Seiji Ishikawa, Kiyoshi Katō · Journal of the Robotics Society of Japan · 1994

This paper describes a method of identifying a target object by two mobile robots.Assuming that each mobile robot has a local coordinate system, one mobile robot detects the location of the other robot which is perceiving a target object and extracts its line of sight from the configuration of the mounted TV camera.Location of the target object is then recovered taking these results into account.Performed experiments were satisfactory.
