Analysis and Simulation of Co-channel Interference in Mobile Communication System

The characters of radio propagation and co-channel interference (CCI) is presented. Based on the model of co channel interference, the output signal-to-interference ratio are derived. The bit-error-rate (BER) and scatter plot in received signals are simulated to demonstrate the improvement of system's performance in power control condition. Moreover, some new methods and novel detection algorithm to reduce or cancel CCI are introduced.
