Evolution of CERTICS Reference Model for Software resulting from Technological Development and Innovation in the Country

The Assessment Methodology for Software CERTICS guides the assessment and certification of software resulting from technological development and innovation carried out in the country The Reference Model of CERTICS is a major component of this methodology. The development and implementation of this methodology was demanded by Secretaria de Política de Informática (SEPIN) of the Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) to the Centro de Tecnologia da Informação Renato Archer (CTI). As CERTICS is an instrument of public policy in software is very important the effective stakeholders participation in its construction. The use of a jointly Method Framework for developing models, more specifically the practices for validation and consolidation of the model and the requirements of ISO / IEC 15504-2 Standard for capability models, more specifically the requirement related to obtaining opinions and suggestions on the model from the community of interest, guided and validated the evolution to version 1.1 of the model. The paper presents the methodology, process, overview and analysis of the evolution of version 1.0 to version 1.1 of the model.
