Exploration into Building an Integrated Network Management System for the Railway Transportation Network

The engineering motivations, goals, implementation techniques and schemes for constructing the integrated network management system for Railway Transportation Network are proposed in this paper. We suggest that two technical routes are implemented together, that is, network management system will be built both based on the information model and the data interface.
