In Fig. 8 of the original paper, there are two de Almeida -Thouless lines.While their algebraic representation in Eq. (6.1) correctly gives the limit of stability against small nuctuations of the replica symmetric (RS) ansatz used in this pa- per, subsequent analysis has revealed a subtlety which we overlooked.In consequence, RS is unstable everywhere above the lower AT line of Fig. 8, except on the maximally stable network line m, =1 for 0~a ~2, and the upper AT line should be omitted.Most text discussions in Sec.VI remain unchanged, except that the region of replica symmetry breaking now covers a considerable part of the parameter space.
