Study on Dynamic Sensing Strategy of Military Electromagnetic Spectrum Resource

Dynamic sensing of Military spectrum resource (MSR) is the premise and foundation of dynamic management of MSR. In this paper, dynamic sensing dimensionalities of MSR are firstly introduced. And then cooperative and noncooperative sensing of MSR is demonstrated. Meanwhile, some key factors to be considered when choosing dynamic sensing way are also pointed out.
