Prediction of Decision for New Data

This paper introduces a new method and algorithm to predict a decision for new data. Decision value for new object can be calculated by computing the distance function between the condition attributes values for the old objects and new object. This method can deal with the repeated small distance by eliminating a condition attribute which has smallest effect on the old information system. This algorithm will be discussed by an example.
