How to Use E-services to Construct BPM Platform for E-business

Most of Enterprises have to face a competitive environment of business. Hence, they have to improve their service process for increasing competitive ability with others, but most of them lack electronic service (e-service) on the Internet. This research uses e-service to provide more service benefits when the user uses it via the Internet. It also integrates e-service resource and process, and then proposes a general platform for enterprise that uses Resource Description Framework (RDF), eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and web service. The general platform will provide e-service and process for business process management (BPM) that helps enterprise to reduce cost and enhances its performance. Due to there are many e-services on the Web in the future, which are provided by different providers or enterprises, this research also uses RDF to describe e-service, and uses e-service’s features and describes it by using RDF. We hope it could to reduce searching time, decrease costs, and enhance its’ performance.
