Predict site type based on improving decision tree algorithm

This paper describes how to construct decision trees and improve. There are some improvement such as working with many states in a variable, avoiding overtraining, incorporating continuous-valued attributes, handling training examples with missing attribute values and using it for association analysis. The model can predict the site type and find other factors associated with site type.
