This paper analyzes the necessity of data integration in transportation, and the methods and technology of it are summarized and compared also. Based on the development and demand of transportation information. Web Services is one of the best frameworks in constructing transportation heterogeneous data integration. Then the system structure and features of Web Services are analyzed, and the schema of transportation heterogeneous data integration system is achieved. With the help of an example associated with .Net platform, the methods and specific procedures of transportation heterogeneous data integration are illustrated.
