A New Method of the Temperature Measurement by Ferroelectricity

This paper has suggested a new method of the temperature measurement by ferroelectricity. It is using a probe that is made of the ferroelectric crystal. The new method has the merits both of contact type and non-contact type, it's accuracy can reach to 0.005°C.
