In this study, among these, interactive media art work was produced and displayed by imitating reproduction activity of sperm. When paying attention to research result recently carried on the Nature, an academic journal, it provided a clue to the task of reproduction activity of sperm that has not been solved so far. It is about how sperm is heading for ovum. According to the result of this research, it is said that a role of guiding sperm could be found in oval cell surface protein called Juno and sperm is approaching ovum by doing forward movement through interaction with ovum, not doing such movement autonomously. This study is intended to have audiences experience virtual eco-system by manufacturing 'Sperm of the Artificial Insemination' work through consideration for physical affordance applying to sperm by ovum. By doing so, aesthetic consideration for interaction of interactive media art was performed.
